A) Notifications

The Government of Maharashtra has issued Notification bearing No. VAT-1523 /C.R.64 /Taxation-1 dated 15.1.2024 by which the notification regarding refund to Diplomatic Authorities is amended and one more item namely Taipei Economic and Cultural Centre (TECC) is added.

B) Circulars

The Commissioner of State Tax has issued Circular no. 1T of 2024 dated 13.02.2024 by which the procedure for e-hearing of appeals before Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal is clarified.
