Dear Members,

As Secretary, I am proud to be an integral part of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) which stands tall as the largest Council in India. WIRC's position as the largest Council in India isn't simply a matter of chance; it's a testament to the power of collective ambition, collaboration and most importantly, a reflection of the remarkable spirit that binds us.

This remarkable journey, our continuous progress, isn't built on individual brilliance alone. It thrives on the foundation of "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." as the great Nelson Mandela profoundly stated.

It's not about individual brilliance, but about fostering a culture of mutual respect and appreciation.  When we value each other's insights, experiences, and diverse perspectives, we create a vibrant environment where collaboration thrives.

Let's not just be colleagues, let's be a community! Let's inspire and empower one another. Share your expertise, offer guidance, and celebrate each other's achievements. 

WIRC's legacy is built on unity. Let us put into practice our Foundation Day celebrations of ‘Mile Sur Mera Tumhara’ where we all move forward in harmony so that together, we can build a professional community where all members have the opportunity to flourish.
