Dear Students,
As I write to you this month, I am filled with pride and deep appreciation for the ever-growing spirit of WICASA - a community where young minds are constantly evolving, aspiring, and achieving.
Over the years, WICASA has been synonymous with empowerment, excellence, and engagement. Today, as we continue this legacy, I am reminded that every student is a torchbearer of potential - and our role is to ignite that spark through purposeful initiatives, meaningful interactions, and unwavering support.
This month marks a new chapter in our journey. I am delighted to announce the commencement of a transformative learning experience - Gyan Yagna. True to its name, this initiative is a humble offering of wisdom, designed to provide consistent value across the year. These sessions will cover a wide spectrum of contemporary topics, carefully curated to sharpen your thinking, expand your perspective, and prepare you for the ever-evolving landscape of our profession. The sessions are not just lectures - they are conversations that connect learning with life. We also conducted sessions such as "How to Ace CA Exams" and "Decoding AI with CA students," both of which were very well-received by the students.
We have also conducted mock tests for CA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final levels, providing students with a real-time exam experience to help assess their preparedness and build confidence. Additionally, marathon revisionary sessions were held for CA Intermediate and Final students, offering in-depth revision and conceptual clarity ahead of exams.
We also take immense pride in unveiling our theme for the year - Shreshta. In a world where good is often the norm, we challenge ourselves to reach for greatness. Shreshta signifies more than academic success; it stands for character, clarity, courage, and commitment.
Our focus for the months ahead is to bridge the gap between learning and real-life application. This includes industry exposure programs, inter-CASA collaborations, goal-setting and achievement workshops, and platforms that promote peer-to-peer learning. By embracing the diversity of ideas and experiences across regions, we aim to create a pan-India synergy that strengthens our collective future.
One of the most awaited milestones on our calendar is the WIRC National Conference, scheduled for 21st and 22nd November 2025. This flagship event will bring together students from across the country for two days of deep engagement - from technical insights and leadership talks to networking opportunities and cultural celebration. It is not just an event - it is an experience that leaves you inspired and enriched.
As we move into the next phase, we are only raising the bar higher - curating every program with the intent of building confidence, competence, and community. To every student reading this: remember, this journey is not just about clearing exams. It is about becoming a professional with purpose, a learner with curiosity, and a leader with vision. You are not alone in this path - WIRC and WICASA are here to walk with you, to guide, support, and celebrate this journey.
Let us carry forward this collective enthusiasm. Let us strive - not just to be successful, but to be Shreshta.
With warm regards and best wishes,
CA. Ketan Saiya
